Mike Millie
I have always been active in sports since childhood. As I became an adult, I took up some bad habits that were not good for me. I made a mindset shift which led me to becoming more serious about my health and well-being. When I became a father and mentor, I knew a change was needed, so I did. I took my nutrition and health serious. I thought that if I can do it, I can help someone else to change their lifestyle too.
